At LeaderWorks, we help leaders do their work.
Leaders need a clear and certain vision to lead their congregations and ministries. They must know where they are going in order to lead effectively; they need to know it so deeply that they can see it and put it into words. As Moses set a fire in the hearts of the Israelites with words, images, and symbols of a place to which he had never been, today’s leader must cast a captivating image.
The vision of LeaderWorks is to provide the tools, training, and support to strengthen the church and its leaders to fulfill their God-given mission.
LeaderWorks achieves its mission through the generous support of its donors. Our donors allow us to offer effective leadership services to churches and ministries that would not otherwise have access to such resources.
The Rev. Canon David Roseberry, Executive Director
I am the 35 year veteran of congregational life and leadership. I bear the joys—and some of the wounds—to prove it. I am stepping aside from the leadership position at Christ Church in Plano in order to focus full time on helping other leaders with their work of faith.
That’s what I do: I help leaders with their work.
Here is Paul’s prayer that I am making my own: “…that our God may make you worthy of his calling and may fulfill every resolve for good and every work of faith by his power…”
Please subscribe to this site; I’ll keep you informed.
Rev. Kolby Kerr, Assistant Director
For ten years, I taught high school English. More recently, I’ve served as a bi-vocational priest at Restoration Anglican Church in Richardson, Texas. Now, I am a part of the LeaderWorks team, hoping to help leaders do their work.
As the apostle John proclaims: “In the beginning was the Word.” The work of God proceeds from the word of God—I am here to help church leaders read, mark, learn, and inwardly digest that word, that they might faithfully proclaim it to those they serve. It’s my desire that every member of the Church would speak out and live out the way of Jesus with clarity and imagination wherever they live.
